Cookie Policy

Last Updated: June 12, 2026  ·  Effective Date: June 9, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Wonderpass Technologies LLC ("Wonderpass," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

By using the Service, or by accepting cookies through our cookie banner or preference tool where presented, you consent to the use of cookies as described in this Policy, except for those that are strictly necessary, which do not require consent.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner.

We also use similar technologies that function like cookies, including:

In this Policy, we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies."

First-party cookies are set by Wonderpass. Third-party cookies are set by other companies (such as analytics or advertising providers) whose services we use.

Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.

2. Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to:

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These are essential for the Service to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, completing a booking, or setting privacy preferences. Without these, parts of the Service will not work. (Consent not required.)

3.2 Functional / Preference Cookies

These allow the Service to remember choices you make (such as language, region, or saved preferences) and provide enhanced, more personal features.

3.3 Performance / Analytics Cookies

These help us understand how visitors interact with the Service by collecting information such as pages visited, links clicked, and errors encountered. We use this information to improve how the Service works. These may be set by third-party analytics providers.

3.4 Advertising / Targeting Cookies

Where used, these cookies may be set through the Service by us or our advertising partners to build a profile of your interests, measure campaign effectiveness, and show you more relevant ads on other sites. They also support referral and attribution measurement — understanding how you discovered or signed up for the Service (for example, through a Partner Venue, referral code, or campaign).

4. Cookies We Use

Cookie / Provider Category Purpose Duration
__session (Firebase) Strictly Necessary Maintains your logged-in session securely Session / 7 days
csrf_token Strictly Necessary Security / fraud prevention Session
cookie_consent (localStorage) Strictly Necessary Stores your cookie preference so it persists across visits 12 months
user_preferences Functional Remembers your settings, region, and display preferences 12 months
_ga, _gid, _gat (Google Analytics) Performance Measures site usage and performance on public pages only Up to 24 months

Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, _gat) are only loaded on public (pre-login) pages and only with your consent. They are not loaded on authenticated post-login pages.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are placed by third parties that provide services to us, such as analytics, advertising, and payment processing providers. These third parties may use cookies to collect information about your activities across websites and over time. We do not control these third parties' cookies, and their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy and cookie policies of any third-party services.

6. Your Choices and How to Manage Cookies

6.1 Cookie Banner / Preference Tool

Where required, we present a cookie banner or preference tool that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies and change your choices at any time. Use the controls below to update your preferences.

Your Cookie Preferences

You can update your preferences at any time. Choosing "Essential Only" prevents analytics cookies from loading on future page visits.

6.2 Browser Controls

Most browsers let you view, manage, delete, and block cookies through their settings. If you block or delete cookies, some features of the Service may not function properly.

6.3 Opt-Out Preference Signals

Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser or device.

6.4 Advertising Opt-Outs

You may opt out of certain interest-based advertising through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), where available.

6.5 Do Not Track

Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we do not currently respond to them, except as described in Section 6.3.

7. Cookies and Children

The Service is intended for adults (parents and legal guardians). WonderPass does not knowingly track users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to identify, profile, or build advertising profiles of children under 13. Children do not directly access the Service. Information about children is handled as described in our Privacy Policy (Children's Privacy), consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If you believe a child under 13 has been tracked through the Service, contact us at the email in Section 10 and we will promptly investigate and delete any such information.

8. California and Other Privacy Rights

Our use of certain advertising and analytics cookies may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law and similar U.S. state laws. You may exercise your rights, including opting out, as described in our Privacy Policy and in Section 6 above (including by using the Global Privacy Control signal). We do not sell your personal information for money.

9. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new "Last Updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
