This Privacy Policy explains how Wonderpass Technologies LLC ("Wonderpass," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). It also describes your privacy rights and choices.

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

• Account & profile data: name, email address, phone number, password, and account preferences.
• Family & caregiver data: first names, ages or age ranges, and activity preferences of the children on your account, and the names and contact information of caregivers or Authorized Users you add.
• Payment data: billing name, billing address, and partial payment-card details. Full payment-card numbers are processed and stored by our third-party payment processor, not by Wonderpass.
• Booking data: activities booked, Partner Venues selected, dates, confirmation codes, attendance, and cancellations.
• Communications: messages, support requests, reviews, ratings, and survey responses.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• Device & usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and timestamps.
• Location data: approximate location (e.g., from IP address) and, with your permission, more precise location to help you find nearby Partner Venues.
• Cookies & similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy and Section 7 below.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

• Partner Venues: check-in confirmations, attendance, and activity completion.
• Service providers: payment processors, analytics providers, and fraud-prevention services.
• Social or authentication logins (if you choose to use them).
• Referral and attribution data: information about how you discovered or signed up for the Service, including the Partner Venue, referral code or link, promotion, or campaign through which you joined.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the Service (such as a child's age to match age-appropriate activities). We do not seek to collect government IDs, biometric data, or health information unless you voluntarily provide it.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

• create and manage your account and family profiles;
• process subscriptions, billing, renewals, and Credits;
• facilitate bookings, confirmation codes, check-ins, and cancellations with Partner Venues;
• provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
• personalize and improve the Service, including recommending age-appropriate activities and nearby venues;
• send transactional messages (e.g., booking confirmations, billing notices) and, with your consent where required, marketing communications;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
• analyze usage and measure the performance of the Service; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases (where applicable): performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests (e.g., improving and securing the Service), and compliance with legal obligations.

3. How We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

• To Partner Venues: to facilitate your bookings and check-ins, we share the information necessary for a venue to honor a reservation (e.g., the booking name, confirmation code, activity, and number/ages of attendees). Partner Venues' use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices.
• To service providers: payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics, communications, and customer-support vendors who process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• For legal reasons: to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; to enforce our Terms; and to protect the rights, safety, and property of Wonderpass, our users, or others.
• In business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred to the successor entity.
• With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share your information or otherwise consent.

We do not sell your personal information for money. See Section 9 for how we treat "sale" and "sharing" under California law and your right to opt out of targeted advertising.

4. How We Protect Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to its sensitivity. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and applicable legal requirements.

6. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete your personal information;
• obtain a portable copy of your information;
• opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising and any "sale" or "sharing"; and
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@trywonderpass.com or use the tools in your account settings. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted by law.

Marketing choices. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the "unsubscribe" link or contacting us. Transactional messages (e.g., billing and booking notices) are necessary to the Service and may continue.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and (where permitted) deliver relevant advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie-preference tool. Some features may not function properly without cookies. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control).

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by adults (parents and legal guardians). We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to create accounts, and children do not directly interact with the Service or provide information to us.

We collect limited information about children (such as a first name and age range) only from the responsible adult account holder, for the sole purpose of booking and managing age-appropriate activities. By providing a child's information, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained the necessary consent, and you consent to our collection and use of that information as described in this Policy.

Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 online. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, or you wish to review, update, or delete information about your child, contact us at privacy@trywonderpass.com and we will respond promptly.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

• Right to know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Right to delete personal information, subject to exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising.
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

Categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 1 (identifiers; customer records; commercial information; internet/usage activity; approximate geolocation; and inferences). We disclose these categories to Partner Venues and service providers as described in Section 3.

"Sale"/"Sharing." We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent our use of advertising or analytics cookies constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" under California law, you may opt out by contacting privacy@trywonderpass.com, using our cookie-preference tool, or enabling the Global Privacy Control signal.

To exercise California rights, contact privacy@trywonderpass.com. We will verify your identity before responding and may use an authorized agent process as permitted by law.

10. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of other states that have enacted comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@trywonderpass.com. You may have a right to appeal a decision regarding your request; appeal instructions will be provided in our response.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common industry standard, we do not currently respond to such signals, except that we honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law (Section 7).

12. International Users

The Service is intended for users in the United States and our personal information is processed in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party websites and services, including Partner Venues and payment processors. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
