By accessing or using WonderPass ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
WonderPass is a subscription-based platform that provides credits for booking activities at partner venues. Members pay a monthly or annual subscription fee and receive credits to book activities for children at participating venues.
We offer the following subscription tiers (prices in AUD):
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Credits are allocated to your account upon subscription activation and at each renewal date.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
You may book activities at partner venues using your available credits. Each booking requires sufficient credits in your account.
Upon successful booking, you will receive a digital pass with a unique pass code for venue check-in.
You agree to comply with all venue rules and policies. Venues reserve the right to refuse entry for safety or policy violations.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at each billing cycle.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Continued payment failure may result in subscription suspension.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Credits refunded from cancelled bookings are returned to your account, not refunded as cash.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.
You agree to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by WonderPass and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
IMPORTANT: WonderPass acts as a booking platform only. Partner venues are independent businesses responsible for the safety and supervision of children during activities. We do not operate venues or employ venue staff.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WonderPass is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred at partner venues. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or other reasons with or without notice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.
