Credits are your booking currency. Each partner venue sets its own credit cost per activity. At the start of each billing cycle, a percentage of your unused credits rolls over (48% on Playdate, 60% on Family, 75% on Explorer) up to your plan's rollover cap. All credits expire after 12 months if unused.
Yes. No lock-in, no contracts. Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings and you'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
Cancel before noon PST on the day prior to your visit and your credits are refunded in full — instantly. Cancellations after that cutoff, or no-shows, result in full credit forfeiture. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice as a courtesy to our venue partners, though the hard cutoff is noon the day before. No partial refunds — it's either fully free or fully forfeited.
Any caregiver you've added to your account — grandparents, babysitters, family friends — can check in. Each booking generates a secure 6-digit digital pass code (valid for 24 hours) that the caregiver presents at the venue.
